Rako offers a 3 year return to base warranty on all products whether they have been purchased direct from ourselves or through one of our resellers.  Additionally we have a team of field service engineers who can assist with commissioning or programming issues.

It should be borne in mind that if a system has been initially installed and commissioned by a dealer it is often best to contact them in the first instance as they will have the necessary project information.
